The Cypress Gardens Corvette Club was formed in 1977 by a group of enthusiasts united by a common interest in the Chevrolet Corvette in Polk County, Florida. The Club was incorporated in 1978 and became a member of the National Council of Corvette Clubs (NCCC). Membership in the Cypress Gardens Corvette Club is opened to all corvette owners and their immediate families. Membership in the NCCC is optional. As a member of NCCC, you will receive a standardized manual that covers activities including auto crossing, rallies and concourse d'Elegance. The membership in NCCC allows you to compete in Florida and Nationally in NCCC sanctioned events. You will also receive a quarterly magazine that provides information on competitive activities and includes technical tips and opportunities for discounts on corvette related items.
With CGCC's diverse activities, there is always something happening to interest everyone. CGCC holds a variety of social/family events. These events include car cruises. We attempt to visit offbeat places of interest. Ideas for social events come from the membership. Activities allow members to eat, drink, laugh, and enjoy socializing with other corvette owners.
Meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month in Winter Haven at Shacks BBQ on Cypress Gardens Road at 6:30 P.M.
